I appreciate that Dr. Badaway takes the time to hear my concerns and addresses them without being dismissive. And when I don’t agree with something she explains why. Also her staff is always so nice, as well as helpful.

I really like this office. The receptionist and doctor are always nice and welcoming. Dr Badawy definitely listens and tries to address my concerns. I started seeing Dr. Badawy last year after not feeling heard from a few multi doctor practices I used over the years as my primary care. Dr. B never rushes my visits, doesn’t leave me waiting for an hour or more in a packed office and answers my questions. Her nurse Erin is also lovely and helpful. This practice is so refreshing in that you’re not a number. The care is personalized and it’s so convenient that test results and other issues can be discussed via a zoom call saving time and scheduling difficulties.

I’ve seen Dr. Badawy since 2023 when I moved to NJ and I haven’t been disappointed. Whenever I needed anything done in a pinch like getting records done for school requirements within a day, Dr. Badawy and her team have always been accommodating and understanding. It’s happened multiple times and they’ve always been great. I never have an issue getting in touch. Recently, I had an issue with medical records at school(yet again) and Bella was incredible with the back and forth we had to deal with. I’m so appreciative of this office and plan to continue using their services. Dr. Badawy has amazing bedside manner and that is so important in a healthcare provider.
